TOP UNLOADING ARM WITH HEATING LINE FOR RAIL CARS - E2710
The E2710 Top Unloading Arm with Heatin Line is especially designed to heat up and unload frozen products. It is suitable for the top loading / unloading of rail tankers.
Because of the robust and high quality design of the swivel joints and the precise loading arm balancing, the loading arm is very easy to hande.
By unloading through the nozzles at the end of the drop pipe, hot product will be sprayed into the vessel. The frozen product in the vessel will be warmed up and can be sucked off through the product pipe. The drop pipe can be turned so that the whole vessel can be reached with hot product.
It is possible to fasten a movable holding bar (covering plate) for a level controller. The up and down movement of the A-length is provided by a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder.

PTFE LINED LOADING ARMS
Our PTFE Lined Loading Arm is especially designed for loading/unloading of acids and caustics (e.g. 33 % hydrochloric acid, 30 % sulphuric acid etc.).
This loading arm is suitable for closed and open top loading/unloading of road and rail tankers with flange connection or cone. The closed system prevents the escape of poisonous and aggressive vapor.
The loading arm has a long reach and is suitable for applications where the tanker connection flange cannot be accurately positioned.
Because of the robust and high quality design of the swivel joints and the precise loading arm balancing, the loading arm can be handled with ease.
An inlet flange can be included in down stream designs and alternative variations of the loading arm are possible.
Other Loading Arm variants can be provided with this lining if required.

FLOATING SUCTIONS - C0001 - C0013, C0015 - C0093
Our Floating Suctions come in a range of designs to suit buried, above ground, semi-buried and vertical tanks as well as for use with articulated drainage units with a floating ceiling/roof.
Floating Suctions have the following advantages when compared with permanently fixed bleeding nozzles:
- The product is always transferred in a defined distance under the liquid level
- Contamination dirt, sediments, solid particles and heavy fluids remain on the tank bottom ensuring constant quality, independent from liquid level
- Ease of steering and long lifetime due to the swivel joint ball bearing
- Easy to mount due to internal swivel joint flanging
- Robustness against pressure conditions (pressure variations) in tank and tube
- Minimal vortex formation through optimized inlet with anti-vortex suction

SPOT LOADING SYSTEM
Our Spot Loading System is an automatic loading system with manhole detection. It comes with our carbon steel swivel joint which has a hardened ball race way to provide a long service life.
The position of the manhole is detected by a CCD-Camera and an ultra sonar sensor and its coordinates are stored in the CPU (Central Processing Unit). From this information the drop tube will automatically drive to the manhole.
The system can run hydraulically or electrically. The correct connection will be supervised by a Connection Detection System which is works with a proximity switch.
The filling process will be released from the customer’s control room. Overfill of the tank is prevented by an Overfill Safety Device. The CPU includes a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) system.
